Mothers' Union

The Mothers’ Union is a Worldwide Organisation with membership of over 4 million women and men from over 78 countries, who believe in the importance of families. Anyone can become a member if they are in sympathy with the aims and objectives of the Mothers’ Union to encourage and support families and marriage, reaching out to those who are isolated, in trouble, or in need of help.

Our branch of the Mothers’ Union encompasses the parishes within Huntingdon in the Diocese of Ely. You will find us  on the third Wednesday of the month at 2.30pm in St Mary’s Hall, The Walks, Huntingdon when we have a range of speakers, discussions, a Strawberry Tea, and a New Year Party. We usually visit a local restaurant twice a year and join in events throughout the Deanery. Members help at the Church FOOTSTEPS Baby and Toddler group help at the Mother and Baby Tent at the annual County Show at Wimpole Hall and support the local Women’s Refuge.

Visitors are always welcome to our meetings. For details of dates  see the calendar.
